Forest Machine Operator

In accordance with the constant growth and development, we are looking for a person in the position:

Forest Machine Operator
Location: New Brunswick – Canada

Typical Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Either operating a forwarder (moves wood from forest to side of the road)
• Or having a harvester operated (cuts down the tree; removes limbs and cuts to length)
• Key duties would be to have a forest machine operated in a manner that’s safe and efficient
• Performing routine maintenance when required
• Meeting production targets

Key Skill Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience running forest machines
• A high school diploma at a minimum
• English at a CLB4 level(conversational)

Benefits:

• Hourly rate of CAD 25.00 if operating a forwarder
• Hourly rate of CAD 26.00 if operating a harvester
• Full time employment, normal weekly schedule would be 50 hours per week
• The employer pays for the flights of all selected candidates
• The employer onboards every newcomer by escorting them to open a bank account; apply for their
• Obtain their Canadian Social Insurance Number; Provincial health care card; etc

The agency agreed with the client, gives the visa service & arranges work permits for a fee.
